  • Copy of the SACCO registration certificate issued by Rwanda Sacco Union.
  • Certificate Copy of SACCO bye-laws.
  • Minute and resolution to open account.
  • A registered resolution defining the signatories and account opening mandate (if the SACCO is a registered company).
  • Certificate of incorporation for the case of companies.

  • Opening Balance, Rwf 100,000, USD100, EUR100, GBP100, KES10,000.
  • Zero Minimum Operating Balance.
  • Ledger Fee, Rwf 5,000, USD10, EUR5, GBP5, KES1,000.
  • Zero account Maintenance Fee.
  • Cheque Book, Rwf 4,000 and equivalent for all FCY accounts.
  • Bankers Cheque, RWF 5,000 and equivalent for all FCY accounts.
